Turkish Airlines are having major problems with open-jaw flights departing Italy and returning to either Lithuania or Estonia.
Fly to San Francisco or Los Angeles for only €163 return. Other US cities are available too.

It seems that to fly to Los Angeles for cheap, you must return from San Francisco making your itinerary a double open-jaw route.
