It appears All Nippon Airways have honoured the fare.
If your reservation was ticketed (i.e. you have an e-ticket number) and your booking is still confirmed, then you should be good to go.
For those of you who made a booking which was not ticketed, the airline is requesting you pay the full amount for the ticket (appropriately $4000 CAD) if you wish to fly. Better luck next time.
