The threat of North Korean missile tests has prompted Singapore Airlines to change the path of its Seoul-Los Angeles flights.
The repeated occurrence of North Korean missile tests has resulted in Singapore Airlines rerouting its flights between Seoul and Los Angeles.
A spokesperson for the airline confirmed that daily flights between the South Korean capital and Los Angeles have been taking an alternative route to normal for many months.
Singapore Airlines made the reroute after Pyongyang launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) in July. Only now, the airline has announced the change.
On 29th November, Cathay Pacific flight crew reported the sighting of what they believed was a North Korean missile as it re-entered the earth’s atmosphere.
