VIDEO: Man allegedly punches pregnant deaf woman and her service dog on Frontier flight | Secret Flying

Orlando Police say a man who thought a service dog was taking up too much space on a Frontier flight punched the animal and its deaf, pregnant owner.

A video has emerged showing an altercation between a deaf couple and a man who allegedly attacked their dog on a Frontier flight from Colorado to Florida.

According to police, after the plane landed and taxied towards the gate Timothy Manley complained to the deaf owner of the Great Dane about being allergic to dogs.

Manley felt the family’s service dog “took up more space than [he] felt it deserved.”

The police report states that Manley then punched the animal with a closed fist.

Speaking to News 6, Hazel Ramirez, who is 20 weeks pregnant, said: “So my husband gets mad and yelled at the man to tell him never touch any dogs or service animals.”

“The man continued used his fist hand at my dog so I went in and told his wife that he should never punch my dog for no reason.”

Timothy Manley denied hitting the dog, describing the contact as a “swat.”

As the plane taxied in to the terminal, the argument continued.

Mr Manley was determined to get away and pushed Ramirez’s two young daughters over, leaving them crying and hurt.

This is when Mr Manley made a run for it, allegedly punching Ms Ramirez in the stomach.

Matthew Silvay, Ms Ramirez’s husband, can be seen in the video pushing Manley to the ground, with his children wailing in the background.

An Orlando Police Department spokeswoman said the incident report has been handed over to the FBI, since the altercation happened on the plane.
