AirPod, the cutting-edge airport sleeping capsule, will be trialled across EU airports in autumn 2018.
Want a quick pre-flight nap at your boarding gate? You soon can.
Later this year, European airports will introduce Airpods, the cutting-edge airport sleeping capsule.
The pods feature a seat that converts into a bed, as well as high-speed wifi, air conditioning, air purifiers and power sockets.
There’s even Netflix available on the television screen inside.
Airpod was developed by two Slovenian businessmen who say: “Our aim is to improve and make travel experience comfortable and enjoyable each and every hour, whilst transiting.”
Travellers will be able to rent the pods in one-hour slots.
There’s been no word on the price or exactly which airports will first trial the pods.
