Budget airline easyJet launches FREE cabin trolley home delivery service

Budget airline easyJet launches FREE cabin trolley home delivery service | Secret Flying

Londoners enjoy cabin trolley home delivery service.

EasyJet has teamed up with Deliveroo to bring its in-flight trolley service direct to homes in the central London area.

Members of the public will be able to book a slot online to be served their favourite airline drinks and snacks by grounded flight attendants.

Gin and tonic, chilled Prosecco, nuts, and olives are all available on the menu.

The airline says the 2-day trial is a “fun way to keep the cabin crew ‘match-fit,” ahead of their return to the skies.

The service will run on December 17 and 18 and is complimentary, with customers asked to make a donation to the charity Age UK.

Tina Milton, Director of Cabin Services at easyJet, said: “As much as our customers have missed flying in recent months our cabin crew have really missed doing what they love to do best, serving our customers, so this trial gives us a great opportunity to bring easyJet to customers’ doors with our Trolley Delivery service.

“So, for now, we will focus on ensuring our service remains as good on the ground as it does in the air and we look forward to welcoming everyone back onboard in 2021.”
