Peloton classes are coming to Delta.

In an effort to help keep travellers limber and healthy, Delta Air Lines has partnered with fitness company Peloton to provide classes on all of its flights with seatback entertainment systems.

The popular in-home exercise classes are not going to transform your plane seat into a bike or treadmill but rather help ease your mind as you travel.

Led by Peloton instructors Anna Greenberg, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Ross Rayburn, Matty Maggiacomo and Adrian Williams, classes focus on stretching and mid-flight meditation produced exclusively for Delta.

The classes will reportedly range in length from five minutes to 20 minutes.

“It gives us the chance for people that aren’t Peloton members about this accessibility and that we have the best fitness content in the world,” Jen Cotter, Peloton’s chief content officer, told CNN.

“We know that once someone downloads the Peloton app and tries one of our classes, they’re going to fall in love with Peloton.”

Peloton is evolving into a broader health and wellness brand as it aims to diversify beyond just selling expensive fitness equipment.

The company is aiming to attract new members who might be turned off because they think its products are exclusively for the wealthy.
