Ryanair Cut Luggage Fees from Today!!

From today, Ryanair is reducing luggage fees for the majority of its customers.

 

Ryanair said that it will reduce check-in luggage fees for 92% of customers and would tackle confusion by simplifying the options.

For flights under 2-hours, the fees will be cut by 50%, while flights under 3-hours will have savings of up to 17%. The airline has also reduced the luggage fees options from 108 down to six.

 

Ryanair’s chief marketing officer, Kenny Jacobs said: “We’re pleased to cut bag fees for 92% of customers as part of our Always Getting Better program, with a streamlined range of just six bag fee options, as we continue to listen to our customers and improve the Ryanair experience for the 116 million people we’ll carry this year.”

 

Today’s changes are the latest attempt by the budget airline to shake-off its reputation for costly hidden fees and poor customer service.
