Dad fined and son on the run after foul drunken outbursts.
A father has been fined £670 ($879) after threatening to drag a flight attendant off a plane and urinate on other passengers onboard a Jet2 flight from Cyprus to Manchester.
Christopher Tooth, 57, was travelling with his son Matthew, 23, when a row over face masks broke out on the flight.
According to reports, both father and son became abusive with staff and passengers when they were asked to wear their face coverings.
Matthew Tooth was accused of eating one of the personal dinners of a flight attendant before saying: “She’s telling me I’m eating her skank food”.
The cabin manager held Matthew back as tensions flared, but he became aggressive telling crew: “I’ll f***ing drag you off this plane.”
Meanwhile his father got into a spat with another passenger which led to the pair reportedly getting within inches of each others faces.
The incident continued after the plane landed in Manchester when Christopher stood up while the seat belt sign was still on.
After being told by another passenger to sit down, Christopher reportedly shouted, “Shall I p**s on you then, wan*er?”
He then went to the back of the plane, broke the handle off the toilet door and urinated in full view.
In court, Tooth apologised for his behaviour blaming personal family issues in Cyprus which may have affected his mood.
His son has a warrant for his arrest after failing to turn up at court.
