Singapore’s Changi is yet again ranked best airport in the world…and not a single US airport makes the top 30 | Secret Flying

Singapore’s Changi has been named the world’s best airport for the seventh year in a row.

Singapore’s Changi Airport has been named the “world’s best airport” for the seventh year running.

Changi beat out Tokyo’s Haneda, South Korea’s Incheon, and Doha’s Hamad International Airports for the coveted title.

It is the 10th time in 20 years that Changi has scooped Skytrax’s World Airport Awards prize.

The survey asked more than 13 million travellers globally to rate airports across different data points, including check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, and security.

Asian airports dominated this year’s list, taking six of the 10 top spots.

In similar fashion, only 2-weeks ago, Asian carriers dominated the cleanest airlines list.

London’s Heathrow Airport came at a respectable eighth in the list overall – with its Terminal 5 winning the award for best terminal.

No US airport was ranked in the top 30.

The United States’ highest ranked airport was Denver, taking 32nd place.

Canada’s Toronto Pearson Airport was ranked at 50th in the world.
