A UIA plane burst into flames shortly after take-off from Tehran, killing all 176 people on board.
A Ukraine International Airlines jet carrying 176 people crashed shortly after take-off from Tehran, only hours after Iran attacked two US military bases in Iraq.
All 176 passengers and crew members on board have died.
Although Iranian officials said they suspected a mechanical issue brought down the Boeing 737-800 aircraft, they have refused to rule out that the aircraft was hit by a missile.
Flightradar24 shows flight PS752 take-off from Imam Khomeini International Airport at 6:12 AM local time.
Only two minutes later, contact is lost as the plane crashes to the ground.

In videos posted to social media, the plane appears to be on fire in the seconds before it crashes.
Ali Abedzadeh, the Iran Civil Aviation Organisation head, said: “We will not give the black boxes to the manufacturer (Boeing) and the Americans.”
As the threat of war looms between the US and Iran, a growing number of airlines have said they are re-routing flights to avoid Iranian and Iraqi airspace.
The US Federal Aviation Administration said it was banning US-registered carriers from flying over Iraq, Iran and the Gulf.
