An American Airline passenger was handcuffed to a wheelchair and removed from a flight after he became disruptive.

An American Airlines passenger was handcuffed to a wheelchair and removed from a flight at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport after taking someone else’s window seat.

The unidentified man reportedly attempted to switch to a better seat on the plane and refused to move when the passenger assigned to the seat boarded.

Other passengers were forced to deplane before police officers handcuffed the man to a wheelchair and wheeled him off the aircraft.

In the video the man can be heard screaming: “Don’t force me. Don’t violate my freedom. That’s my seat. You don’t like it, switch it.”

“I’m going to shut up and I’m going to be in that seat. Take me off this plane and you’re going to federal court,” he adds.

The incident occurred on Monday, just days after a woman was filmed smashing her laptop into her boyfriend’s head because he looked at another woman – also on an American Airlines flight.
