A Delta passenger using his bare feet to scroll through movies on the screen in front of him has caused outrage online.
Social media users were left horrified after a video was posted online showing a man using his bare feet to operate the touch-screen in-flight entertainment.
Crime novelist, Alafair Burke, uploaded the footage to her Twitter account on Monday.
The New York Times best-selling author captioned the video: “My friend who doesn’t have twitter sent this from her flight. It belongs on Twitter.”
Burke confirmed the unidentified man was seen walking off the plane carrying his own bag, indicating his hands seemed capable of operating the in-flight entertainment screen.
Disgust and dismay were common themes among Twitter users’ reactions.
One Twitter user said: “On one of my most recent flights my friend, who’s a medical doctor, was handing out antibacterial wipes so that we could all wipe everything down. Now I get it.”
“This is why Naomi Campbell scrubs down her f****** airplane seat and section,” another wrote.
Last week, Naomi Campbell posted to her YouTube account a video showing her airplane routine.
The clip shows Campbell wearing a surgical mask, and using anti-bacterial wipes to clean her entire seating area every time she flies.
She cleans the entire area around her seat – from the table and TV screen to the headrest, seatbelt, and the back of the seat in front.
