A video has surfaced online showing Hasidic Jews cheering on a flight as they censored an in-flight movie by covering the screens with blankets.
A video, filmed on board an unknown flight, appears to show a group of Hasidic Jews arguing with a man in normal clothing about the inappropriateness of the in-flight movie.
The group places a blanket over the main larger screen at the front of the cabin, amidst cheers from the rest of the Hasidic passengers.
At the end of the video, blankets can be seen hanging from the ceiling throughout the cabin, indicating other smaller screens have been covered.
Some strict followers of Judaism will choose not to watch certain films because of unsuitable content and modesty issues.
The video has sparked a debate online, with some taking the side of the Jewish group, whilst others are angry that they chose to cover up the screens without considering if someone wanted to watch the movie.
Music and Lyrics is a 2007 film with Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore which has a score of 6.5 out of 10 on IMDB.
