A two-year-old boy has been left injured after taking a ride on a luggage conveyor belt in Atlanta.

A two-year-old child suffered a fractured hand after he was swept along by a luggage conveyor belt at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Lorenzo’s mother, Edith, was printing out their boarding passes when he climbed onto the conveyor belt situated behind the ticket counter.

Within seconds, Lorenzo disappeared from view and was dumped into the luggage room.

A compilation of surveillance footage from the airport follows the boy on his journey.

The final clip in the video shows Lorenzo coming down the end of the conveyor belt into a room full of TSA screeners, who manage to get him off.

According to reports, Lorenzo’s adventure lasted for approximately five minutes.

“I just went blank,” Edith told US news channel WSB-TV.

“I wanted to jump in and try to go get him but they didn’t allow me.”
