Two travellers arrested after wild brawl at O’Hare.

 

A video going viral on social media shows a massive fight at the baggage reclaim hall at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport.

 

The incident took place on Monday in which travellers were seen throwing punches, pulling hair, and rolling on the floor.

 

In the video, two pairs of women can be seen violently yanking at each others’ hair and throwing punches, while two men can be seen coming to blows before ending up on the carousel itself as others join the melee.

 

At least three people tried to separate the brawling passengers as others off-camera shouted “Stop” and yelled for security.

 

According to reports, the fight was spurred by an argument between passengers deplaning from their flight minutes earlier.

 

Police confirmed that following the brawl, a 18-year-old man and a 20-year-old had been charged with battery.

 

Chicago Department of Aviation, in a statement, said: “Safety and security are always the top priorities of the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA).

 

“We work closely with all of our federal partners present at O’Hare and Midway International Airports and the Chicago Police Department to ensure that everyone is safe when they are in our facilities.”
